At MSCM, we’ve devoted significant resources to staying on top of the complexities of international business flow, and to ensuring that our clients can take full advantage of the opportunities it creates.
Our China Desk provides complete assurance services to clients with interests and operations in China. It is composed of 18 professionals; 16 are fluent in Mandarin. Together, we have many years of working experience in China and we have expertise in, and understanding of Chinese accounting standards and business principles. We also have a sound knowledge of Chinese laws and regulations in the areas of taxation, labour, securities and corporate.
To supplement our staff we access staff from our Chinese associate firms as needed to ensure timely service delivery. All assignments are strictly managed and controlled by MSCM staff.
