Patricia Kajda

BBA, CA, Assurance Partner

Patricia Kajda has been in the accounting profession for over twelve years having joined the firm in 1997 and becoming a partner in 2004. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honors degree in Business Administration.

Patricia has a broad range of experience working with clients of various sized in a variety of industries both in the public, private and not for profit sectors.  She services many of the firm’s junior public companies. 

Patricia completed numerous accounting, audit and security related courses that help her meet the needs of the firm’s clients.  She is fully aware of all accounting and audit requirements and concerns as they currently relate to small cap public companies, as well as the regulations relating to areas such as auditor independence, audit committee involvement and other corporate governance matters.  Patricia is a member of the firm’s Audit Standards Committee.

Patricia works closely with clients to help them ensure their statutory requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
