James H. B. Glover

B.A., CA, Assurance Partner

Jim Glover is a Senior Partner and a member of our assurance practice. He is a third generation practicing chartered accountant and articled with a national firm. He later choose to continue his professional career with  MSCM LLP due to its similar market niches and philosophies. He is a graduate of York University with a degree in Economics.

Jim’s practice is comprised mainly of companies involved in mining, distribution, manufacturing and not for profit organizations.  His practice was developed around his ability to provide knowledge and business expertise to his clients.

Jim has completed numerous business planning, valuation and security related courses that help him address the interests of his private and publicly traded clients.  Outside of the office Jim is active as a Director and participant in sailing, hockey and not-for-profit organizations.

Most recently he was a Board Member, Vice Commodore of Administration and Commodore of Port Credit Yacht Club, where he and his family enjoy boating on Lake Ontario.

Now, as MSCM turns 35, Jim will be saying goodbye to the career he loves and in so doing will become the first partner in our history to retire from the firm.
