David Danziger

B.Comm, CA, Assurance Partner

David Danziger has been in the accounting profession since 1980 spending the first three years with a national firm working on large public manufacturing companies and retail chains.

In 1987 David formed Danziger Hochman Partners LLP (DHP). The firm served owner managed businesses, providing full service audit, accounting, tax and business advisory services to companies in many different industries. David started the public company audit practice that flourished at DHP and in 2008, David joined MSCM LLP as a senior partner. David now serves in both the audit function and as a compliance adviser to various public companies, and private firms looking to become public. He also works closely with private clients to help them plan and then meet their goals.

David has served as a director for public companies listed on the TSX and TSXV in the past and currently is Chairman of the Board of two Public Junior Mining Companies.
